The registrar of PCN, Ibrahim Ahmed, disclosed this in Ilorin at a news conference organised after a four-day operation across 10 local government areas of Kwara.
The facility plans to train at least 6,000 energy professionals to boost capacity in the power sector.
The Kwara government has described the late chief imam of Ilorin, Bashiru Solihu, as a role model for Muslims in Nigeria.
Mr Tinubu said the power sector remained at the heart of national progress.
The commander said that while only two tons of drugs were seized in 2024, the command has seized over 2,000 kilogrammes between January and August 2025.
