Mr Hammed said that a witness explained that the Benz truck lost control due to brake failure, and rammed into the containerised truck.
He further said the vehicles involved had been towed to the Atan divisional police station for further investigation.
Mr Akinbiyi advised motorists not to drink alcohol before driving.
The bus marked AGL 886 YD was engulfed by fire due to an engine overflow.
The motorcyclists lost control due to excessive speeding and fell under a moving truck, said the TRACE official.
