In a communique read by Mr Obaseki, the commission’s chairman, the South-South states lamented the persistent poor state of electricity in the region.
The senator said that he assured the military that he stood by them in the investigation.
The group also alerted the President of an alleged plot to attack some communities in the area.
“While culpability has not been conclusively established against the traditional ruler, there is insufficient evidence to exonerate anyone at this stage,” said the army.
The board is expected to be in Bayelsa on Friday in continuation of its assignment.
“This should be done with respect to relevant laws, swiftly and equitably,” the forum said.
The lawmaker said caution and professionalism must be the watchword to curtail unpleasant and regrettable consequences.
“We are totally in support of what Gen. Musa and his troops are doing, especially in tackling oil theft,” the Niger Delta women stated.
Before adopting the motion, the House observed a minute silence for the souls of the late military personnel.
Mr Nwachukwu condemned the Okuama committee for resorting to media propaganda to cover up the incident, accusing the community of being “complicit” in the killing of soldiers.
