Mr Abure is dogged by allegations, including administrative and financial malfeasance.
The police have arrested Labour Party chairman Julius Abure amid allegations of fraud and misappropriation of party funds.
On Wednesday, the Labour Party suspended its national treasurer, Oluchi Opara, for six months for making false allegations against the party.
Ms Opara asked Mr Abure to account for N3.5 billion funds from the sales of forms and other fundraising activities for the 2023 elections.
Friday’s ruling puts a hold on the parade by Acting National Chairman, Lamidi Apapa, who has been struggling to assert his authority on the party since Mr Abure’s travail.
