Mr Jimoh said that further investigation showed that the syndicate had stolen and sold about 50 motorcycles across the Sagamu and Ijebu Ode axis.
The police have apprehended nine suspects linked to two major criminal syndicates specialised in stealing and diversion of goods in transit.
