Blue economy minister Adegboyega Oyetola has called for stronger regional cooperation and increased investment in the fisheries sector across West and Central Africa.
Mr Oyetola noted that infrastructure development remained central to the administration’s strategy.
Mr Adeleke said PDP members were killed as the All Progressives Congress moved to reinstate its local government chairmen removed in 2022 by the court.
The minister urged members of the APC to welcome the new members into the party without any discrimination.
“With the blueprint, the ministry can create employment for our teeming youths.’’
Mr Adeleke, represented by Deputy Governor Kola Adewusi, decried the widespread “pillaging” of the Osun government assets.
The governor-elect is accusing the incumbent of plans to divert state resources in the guise of embarking on “emergency awards of contracts worth several billions of naira”
“Shooting at journalists and unarmed citizen is completely unacceptable, irresponsible and condemnable.”
Mr Oyetola, however, said that the All Progressives Congress (APC) is fully prepared to win the election, adding that “APC is the party to beat anytime, any day.”
