Governor Seyi Makinde has written to the State House of Assembly to inform it of his intention to embark on his annual leave.
Tension had been brewing in the assembly over an alleged plan to suspend 11 members.
Yemi Faronbi, a former ambassador to the Philippines, and Abdulwaheed Akintayo, a lawmaker, have called for the database to be used to distribute palliatives.
The assembly impeached the former deputy governor over allegations of financial recklessness, misconduct and insubordination.
This followed a debate on the budget on the floor of the house on Wednesday.
The passed budget is N432.5 million higher than the proposed N310 billion earlier sent to the lawmakers by Governor Seyi Makinde on November 3.
