The Nigerian Bar Association Section on Public Interest and Development Law and the Nigeria Police have agreed to review the tinted permit policy.
All the documents tendered were admitted in evidence by the court.
Mr Ademola Adeleke is appealing an election petition tribunal judgement that invalidated his election as governor of Osun State.
The electoral body, through its counsel Paul Ananaba, SAN, on Wednesday, filed the petition at the Court of Appeal in Akure, on 44 grounds.
The official told the court that the said documents were with INEC headquarters in Abuja.
