Mr Ubru also said that women and youths were well represented in agricultural programmes and value-change in Enugu State.
Mr Yusuf said that each beneficiary would receive N20,000 to start a small scale business.
The residents, who spoke in separate interviews on Friday, described the extension as a “welcome development”.
“People with Disabilities experience a lot of hardship in the country, and the difficulty in travelling through the airport isn’t easy at all.”
A breakdown of the registration showed 2,903,003 were male, 2,942,748 female and 48,252 were disabled persons.
