Final results declared by the electoral office showed Mr Obi won 582,454 for Labour Party against Mr Tinubu’s 572,606 for the APC.
The general elections were held on February 25.
Mr Tinubu won at Epe, Lagos Mainland, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos Island, Agege, Badagry and Ikorodu.
The party also alleged overnight manipulation of results across the state.
