He said computational catalysis had become an essential tool for advancing research in the petroleum, petrochemical, and energy sectors.
Mr Shehu said the focus on industrial realities signalled a new era for investment in Africa’s energy sector.
The exercise attracted applicants from Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, and Imo States.
Mr Akume said that public procurement was a critical link between policy and practice.
Mr Galadima’s appointment trails the application for retirement submitted by the outgoing CEO, Bello Aliyu Gusau.
The forum called for the review of the Petroleum Refining Regulations of 1974 and other relevant laws to accommodate the establishment of artisanal refineries.
