The plaintiff filed the application through a team of lawyers led by Paul Atayi.
The matter was then adjourned until April 4 for Mr Abure and others to show cause.
The Abuja Division of the Federal High Court on Wednesday, fixed March 20 to deliver judgment in a suit filed by a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
The plaintiff and lawyer, Mr Victor Opatola, chose to represent himself in the suit.
“The case, therefore, fails for lack of merit. Consequently, I make an order dismissing the plaintiff’s case for lack of merit.”
The plaintiff, Mr Uchenwa, is contending that fixing elections and examinations on Saturdays violates his right to freedom of worship and his right as a citizen.
Ibrahim Namadi wants the court to determine if Usman Anto was qualified to have participated in the party’s May 27 primary elections.
The court held that the allegation of forgery filed by the plaintiff, John Owan-Enoh, could not be established.
