The suspects, who reside in Mangu, Plateau, are charged with criminal conspiracy, breach of trust and cheating.
Mr Alabo said the CP warned criminals in Plateau State to stop crimes.

The deputy commander of OPSH said troops also recovered 1,161 ammunition and rescued 79 kidnap victims within the period under review.
