“Plateau under my watch will soon be home for all,” he declared.
She added that educational programmes will be created to allow adults and children to practice French language.
“At about 11 a.m., gunmen killed three persons and injured two others at a mining site in Tanjol area of Jol community of Riyom,” a community youth leader said.
Mr Mutfwang gave the assurance while swearing in four new permanent secretaries into the state civil service on Wednesday at the Government House, Jos.
The new permanent secretaries include Helen Chundusu, Roseline Dakwar, Joel Tahvan, Nanman Kparbong and Aishatu Saleh.
Mr Lalong, who decried the wanton killings and destruction of properties in the state, said there was a need for Nigerians to collectively pray for the return of total peace in the state.
The statement said the measure became necessary in response to several killings in the state.
The group also decried the inability of students in the affected communities to go school due to the increasing security challenges.
He admonished Plateau people against indulging in any unlawful activity that could threaten peace and security in the state.
