The CP commended the operatives for their prompt and professional response.
Mr Ndukwe said that the suspect was also found to be in unauthorised possession of different documents.
The police said the suspects would be arraigned upon conclusion of investigations.
Mr Ndukwe said the feat was achieved on January 3, at about 2:40p.m.
