Also to be conferred with the title of “Obaloyin of Yorubaland” is Senator Abdulaziz Yari, representing Zamfara West Senatorial District.
Mr Tinubu, while inaugurating the facilities in Maiduguri, commended the governor for the transformation he was bringing to the state.
Mr Tinubu announced this on Saturday during a condolence visit to the state government and members of the family of the late scholar.
Mr Usman-Bauchi, the leader of Tijjaniyya Brotherhood in Nigeria, died on November 27.
