A year into his government, President Bola Tinubu says he will fire any non-performing cabinet members.Â
“There is a need to think outside the box to get more people to participate in the stock market,” said Mr Shettima.
Mr Shettima said Mr Tinubu’s administration maintained transparency in financial dealings.
“Nigerians are in various levels of pain and they are pains that are unintended.’’
Vice-President Kashim Shettima has assured that the naira will continue stabilising in the coming weeks and months.
Mr Shettima said the government would prioritise advocacy campaigns on nutrition and funding of nutrition-related activities.
The event commenced with the Maghrib prayer led by the Chief Imam of the Villa, Mallam Abdulwahid Suleiman.
“The world is knowledge-driven; everything that we are doing today is guided by knowledge,” said the vice-president.
Mr Tinubu says he will not condone banditry or succumb to their demands for ransom to free children held hostage.
The AEDC said it would commence disconnection of the Presidential Villa and other MDAs that have failed to pay their bills by February 28.
