LASTMA spokesperson Adebayo Taofiq noted that the multiple fatal accident occurred at Ketu, by Demurin Junction inward Kosofe, Lagos, around 6:45 a.m.
“While these two (2) motorcycle passengers died instantly, the rider later died at a hospital around Satellites Town.”

Both organisations agreed to form a Joint Task Force with other professional traffic managers to reduce such accidents.
The accident involved a fully loaded container truck with registration number JJJ 125 and three tricycles.
