Customs said the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Wale Edun, gave the directive.

Mr Abdullahi said the boy was rushed to the Murtala Muhammed Specialist Hospital where the doctor on duty confirmed him dead.
Mr Adejobi said the order was to ensure a discreet investigation into the case and arrest of other culprits involved in the kidnap.
“Upon receiving the information, the troops of 93 Battalion, under 6 Brigade, swiftly mobilised to the scene.’’
Mr Abdullahi said that the command would ensure a hitch-free celebration across the state.
The police chief said that the list included 58 males and two females.
“We must ensure that we are awake to enable Benue people to sleep with their two eyes closed”, the statement said.
