The anti-graft agency also disclosed that its operatives deployed on election duty were also attacked in the two states.
He said that it was important to note that the Labour Party stands by all its candidates in this election and it is not in alliance with any party.
“Without your PVC, there is no voting,” added the INEC official.
Mr Lawal, however, said that of the registered 2,351,298 voters in the state, 1,141,808 were female and 1,209,490 were male.
He explained that the security agencies, especially the police, would go hard on anyone planning to cause trouble or disrupt the peaceful conduct of the election exercise.
All representatives of 17 of the 18 registered political parties participating in the election in the state would sign another Peace Accord on February 22 at the INEC headquarters in Ilorin.
“Edo people should be calm. Save your vengeance and show it on election day by identifying the political party that caused the pain.”
President Muhammadu Buhari’s regime has ordered the closure of all tertiary institutions ahead of the February 25 and March 11 elections.

A total of 6,708,451 voters collected their PVCs out of the 7,637,402 registered voters in the state.
