Mr Idris said that INEC would soon commence a sensitisation campaign across the state.
The certificates were presented on Friday at the INEC headquarters in Kano by the Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC), Abdu Zango.
The revelation came as electorates continued to query the underperformance of the NOA in sensitising the people to voters ahead of the Ondo election.
The REC said the presentation of the voters’ register to the political parties was in line with the relevant section of the Electoral Act.
Mr Onuoha stated that the PVC collection exercise would be conducted side-by-side with the CVR exercise, which is also scheduled for May 27.
Mr Ighodalo scored 577 votes to defeat other aspirants, including Deputy Governor Philip Shaibu, who scored one vote.
Justice Omotosho, who described the suit as “highly unmeritorious,” declared that the “suit lacks merits.”
Mr Chukwu alleged that the election had been compromised.
INEC has fixed Saturday for the conduct of supplementary polls in 44 constituencies across the county.
He said elections would take place in six constituencies covering seven local government areas.
