The returning officer declared Ms Ogenyi the winner of the primary election, as she satisfied all requirements of the electoral act and the APC guidelines.
Mr Sani polled 9,105 votes to secure the APC ticket.
Mr Bello polled a total of 72,349 votes to defeat his challenger, Ibrahim Yakubu Adoke, who polled 315 votes.
The results were declared despite claims of violence and vote-buying, which officials said were not sufficient to make serious impact on the overall success of the exercise.
The governor dispatched the frontline monarch and others to London to meet with Kesington Adebutu, hoping to broker an accord that will end in the termination of the legal battle.
“It is even more absurd that the Adamawa REC did not only usurp the powers of the returning officer but attempted to declare a winner without figures.”
The final result was announced at the INEC headquarters in Birnin Kebbi by the Returning Officer, Yusuf Sa’idu of the Usmanu Danfodio University, Sokoto.
“That Ibrahim Kabiru of PDP, having satisfied the requirements of the law, is hereby declared winner and returned elected,” the returning officer said.
The party wants the electoral commission, INEC, to declare the March 18 governorship election in the state as inconclusive.
The group called on INEC to be guided by the spirit of equity and justice, and fairness to women.
