Mr Sanwo-Olu spoke at the State House, Marina, while hosting members of the Joint Revenue Board for its 159th meeting, which started on Monday.
Barau, who presided over the plenary, said that the appointment of the nominees was a call to serve the nation.
She said the priorities of the programme, especially in agri-business, would enhance delivery mechanisms.
The NEDC chief identified a paucity of funds as another challenge hampering the hitch-free implementation of their master plan.
The new appointment followed the demise of the immediate past RMAFC federal commissioner from the Rivers, Asondu Temple, earlier this month.

“It is within the constitutional remit of Revenue Mobilisation, Allocation and Fiscal Commission to propose and fix salaries and allowances of political office holders.”
