“We are not unmindful of the prevailing economic challenges, but the agency will not compromise its standards,” she said.
“We appeal to NAFDAC to rescind its decision on the matter to prevent untimely death among us and some of us from becoming street beggars,” said the liquor sellers association.
He explained that the online registration was to eliminate bottlenecks and third parties in the product registration process.
The agency listed some of the harmful effects of bleaching creams to include cancer, damage to vital organs of the body, amongst many other issues.
