The House of Representatives has directed the Central Bank of Nigeria, NIRSAL, and SMEDAN to restructure the repayment system for the recovery of the COVID-19 loans.
The exercise covers 65 projects facilitated by senators and members of the House of Representatives across the state.
Mr Abdullahi said that the ongoing delay in the disbursement of the recovered funds had deepened poverty.
Mr Faleke said, “These bills underwent three full days of public hearings, with input from over 80 key stakeholders.’’

Eighty per cent of SEC’s expenditure is personnel cost, with almost 50 per cent of staff being senior managers.
