The judge struck out the two cases after a notice of discontinuance of the suits cited in the court record and after no lawyer appeared for the parties.
Mr Saraki, in a statement on his X account, said the late lawyer was of “remarkable character and dedication.”
Mr Galadima said that a total of N20 billion was earmarked for the construction of the two flyover.
Mr Saraki also promised to provide 500,000 housing units every year as president.
“When I was Senate president, we sat down with security agencies…on addressing the issue of insecurity, but the report was abandoned.”
PDP is in a worse disarray than the APC is in.
