Mr Agunloye had earlier been sacked on March 28 by party executives in his native Ondo State over alleged anti-party activities.
Mr Agunloye described his suspension as “political rascality”.

A spokesman for ZLP declined comment on whether the meeting was approved by a former governor of the state, Rashidi Ladoja.
The candidates were grilled on leadership, economy, agriculture, health, education, infrastructure and insecurity.
