The Borno senator criticised President Bola Tinubu’s government as loaded with looters, saying he was ashamed to be a senior member of the ruling All Progressives Congress.
Mr Akpabio said the Senate would not relent in giving Nigerians quality legislation to ensure access to education for all.

The Senate has passed the 2024 Federal Capital Territory (FCT) supplementary budget of N98.5 billion for the second reading.

The bill passed its third reading on Tuesday and now awaits President Bola Tinubu’s assent before it becomes law.
Before the adjournment, the Senate observed a minute of silence in honour Rep Dongoyaro.
