Mr Lokpobiri said the transformation of the sector under the Tinubu administration marked a decisive break from years of declining production, stalled investments, and capital flight.
President Tinubu hailed Nana Shettima for being a fount of support for the administration.
Speculation is rife that a kitchen cabinet of Yorubas is responsible for assignments passed to Shettima, such as attending to condolences and other inconsequential visitations.
The former prime minister said the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, which he founded, would be a willing partner of the Tinubu administration.
