The Senate will begin a two-day public hearing on the four tax reform bills presented by President Bola Tinubu to improve the nation’s tax administration.
The upper legislative chamber resolved to send a strong delegation to commiserate and attend Mr Clark’s burial and obsequies.
“The Senate is driving the nation to a more inclusive, innovative and sustainable economic future,” said Mr Bamidele.
Mr Owolabi said that the exercise was to ensure uniformity with what the contractors were paid for.

Mr Akpabio called on the INEC to commence the process of by-elections in the two senatorial districts immediately.

The president made this vow in a congratulatory message to Godswill Akpabio and Tajudeen Abbas on their election as Senate President and House of Representatives Speaker respectively.
The senators included Senators Abdulaziz Yari (APC-Zamfara), Sani Musa (APC-Niger) and Orji Uzor Kalu (APC-Abia).
The Senate had on April 5, adjourned plenary to April 25 for Easter and Sallah holidays.
