Mr Tinubu urged the service chiefs to synergise and work together to combat emerging insurgent groups.
“You, the leaders at the subnational levels, are also doing all you can to spend money, not the people,” the president stated.
The Senate summoned the service chiefs to appear before it to explain the worsening security situation in the country.
Mr Tinubu, after that, signed the anniversary register and released the ceremonial pigeons as a symbol of national peace and freedom.
