The bill seeks to provide for the documentation, protection, and regulation of domestic workers, apprentices, interns, and other informal sector employees in Nigeria.
Mr Oshiokamel said the immigration service would deploy both kinetic and non-kinetic approaches to address the challenges of illegal and irregular migration.
“Urgent action is needed to address these pressing concerns and take effective measures to prevent child trafficking and provide effective protection to child victims.”
In May 2023, Samuel Ogoshi and Samson Ogoshi were charged in a four-count indictment.
