He pledged the association’s support in making roads safer for economic activities in the country.
“Nigerians must be aware that frequent cases of road crashes on our roads cannot be linked to any spirit killing people,” the FRSC boss said.
The assistant corps marshal and corps public education officer, Bisi Kazeem, disclosed this on its X handle on Sunday.
The FRSC said its operatives need adequate protection from road users and suspected criminals who attack them while discharging their official duties.
According to him, road traffic crashes are not accidents but are a result of the actions or inactions of human beings.
