The hard drugs were meant for export to Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.
Mr Babafemi also said at least three traders at the Trade Fair Complex in Ojo area of Lagos had been arrested in connection with the consignments.
In the same vein, 79.1 kg skunk were seized during a raid in the Patey area of Lagos Island on Tuesday, February 7, by NDLEA operatives.
Femi Babafemi, the NDLEA spokesman, stated this on Sunday.
NDLEA says it intercepted no fewer than 132,090 tablets of tramadol and 2,000 bottles of codeine across five states and Abuja in the past week.
Mr Babafemi also said the consignor of the outlawed consignment, Ahmodu Sulaimon, was also nabbed after that.
Meanwhile, a freight agent, Elizabeth Njoko, 37, has been arrested for attempting to export 250grams of Tramadol and cannabis to Dubai.
The consignment, which was concealed in packs of Nestle Cerelac baby food, was said to have weighed 23.55 kilograms.
