Mr Giwa said the initiative had sparked public debate, including protests by some operators.

Mr Giwa said LASTMA had been mobilised to intensify surveillance and operational presence along the affected corridors.
Mr Giwa expressed profound sadness and extended his condolences to the bereaved family of the victims.
