Mr Macdon said the suspects were arrested between Jan. 20 and Feb. 2.
Mr Macdon said there would be restrictions on movement from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the affected local government areas.
“I used a machete to inflict grievous injuries on her, leading to her death,” said Mr Isaac, quoted in the statement by the police.
The victim, popularly known as Eyo Aswang, was kidnapped at his filling station in Oron on Monday.
