Mr Ibrahim was one of the victims who sustained various degrees of injuries when the vehicle of Mr Olorunfemi rammed and crushed him by the roadside.
The trial of five suspects in the case of the lynched 25-year-old driver, Temitope Olorunfemi, in Akure, on Thursday, was stalled by the prosecutor’s absence.
Nelson Akintimehin, the prosecutor in charge of the case, told the court that the five accused persons conspired to commit the felony and unlawful murder of Mr Olorunfemi.
On Easter Monday, an angry mob lynched Mr Olorunfemi to death after he hit a commercial motorcyclist to death in a motor accident.
Police spokesperson in Ondo, Funmi Odunlami-Omisanya, said the suspects were among seven others nabbed in connection with the brutal killing of Mr Olorunfemi.
