Several communities in the Kwara North have come under consistent terrorist attacks in recent times.
Mr Uba said the operations demonstrated the troops’ determination to maintain pressure on terrorist groups and deny them freedom of action.
The police seized three AK-47 AR-AK guns, one Dane gun, one pump-action gun, 12 live AK-47 ammunition and 11 live AR-AK ammunition, one ram, and five tortoises.
Mr Umar explained that the two repentant Boko Haram members were arrested for theft.

The police said the kidnappers fled into the bush and abandoned their victims after they were engaged in a “fierce gun duel”.
