The speaker said this was to cushion the current hardship in the country and improve the constituents’ standard of living.
“We have enough members of the committee to cover the congress in all the 260 wards in Enugu,” the chairman said.
“We urge such groups to allow us to breathe because we will not hide any perpetrator of crime under our roof.”
Mr Namadi said the state government engaged 3,143 teachers, 2,445 health workers, and other professionals to fast-track implementation of its 12-point agenda.
“All you need to do is to come over with little money and buy food items at reduced prices,” he said.
“Nine of the 14 local government areas of the state have already collected cows allocated to them.”
The Sultan offered prayers to Allah for continued support to all Muslims in the fulfilment of their religious obligations.
“I am very optimistic that we can defeat Cameroon and go all the way, but we need to score goals; Nigerians want to see goals,” he said.
