The Muhammadu Buhari regime had in 2022 said that fuel subsidy will be phased out in 2023.
The regulations included the Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Operations Regulations and Assignment or Transfer of Licence and Permit Regulations.
The regulator assured that the prevailing fuel crisis ravaging various parts of the country would soon disappear.
