“This rejection is most shameful and unfortunate, attracting condemnation from all democratic-minded persons,” said PDP.
“And we believe that empowering local government areas holds the key to unlocking a brighter future for all Nigerians,” he said.
He said the resolution was prompted by the tragic abduction of 19 persons.
