INEC began the online registration for the CVR nationwide on August 18.
Mrs Babalola added that the commission had commenced the training of security agencies for the election.
“(The) Parties are advised to shun all forms of violence and unguided utterances to reduce tension and heating up the polity.”
“It is even more absurd that the Adamawa REC did not only usurp the powers of the returning officer but attempted to declare a winner without figures.”
The official told the court that the said documents were with INEC headquarters in Abuja.
Voting cubicles and other non-sensitive materials are expected to be delivered to the state in a couple of days.
