The training, organised by the Kogi State VCDP in collaboration with the Nigeria-Korean Institute of Vocational and Advanced Technology, Lokoja, commenced on Wednesday.
The commissioner expressed optimism that talks with the AfDB, World Bank, and Chinese firms would drive large-scale food production in the state this year.
The commissioner said the hectares of land would be allocated to farmers to ensure all-year-round farming activities.
The new chairman urged members to continue to remain loyal to the party’s leadership for its progress.
Mr Ododo commended President Bola Tinubu for his efforts to reverse the country’s economic challenges by incentivising farmers.
She appreciated the Kogi government for being a key stakeholder.
