Africa CDC has prioritised youth engagement as central to its vision for the New Public Health Order.
The group said that some patients, especially those in rural areas, travel more than 30 kilometres to access TB, malaria, and HIV services.

He also urged lawmakers to support legislation that ends stigma and promotes inclusive service delivery for people living with HIV.
The commissioner said the state would not provide additional pilgrims, adding that the arrangement had been concluded on the comfortability of the number.

According to the minister, the formation of the TWG brings together key stakeholders from across Nigeria’s health sector.
