The federal government has shortlisted 65 student innovators from 30,639 applicants for the final stage of the Student Venture Capital Grant.
Mr Alausa described the initiative as part of the highlights of Mr Tinubu’s state visit to the UK.
The federal government says it has taken steps to connect all schools nationwide to reliable internet services.
Beneficiary institutions include FUT Minna, FUT Akure, FUT Babura, FUT Ikot-Abasi, FUT Owerri, and Nigerian Army University, Biu.
He cautioned the agencies against spending funds generated without recourse to the National Assembly.
Mr Boriowo said the initiative would also address manpower shortages within the armed forces and expand Nigeria’s overall medical training capacity.
Mr Alausa said the initiative aimed to phase out obsolete equipment in the polytechnics.
Mr Alausa reaffirmed President Bola Tinubu’s commitment to the welfare of academic staff.Â
The ministry urged parents, teachers, school proprietors and the public to disregard misinformation and refrain from using the book in schools.
Mr Achiatar said the reform would boost Nigeria’s technological manpower and drive the economy.
