The minister said the warning is necessary to avoid cases of child molestation, domestic abuse and other forms of abuse.
The girls were held captive by bandits for two weeks.
Ms Kennedy-Ohanenye said the ministry, as a national gender machinery, left no stone unturned in advocating that Nigeria was fit for all.
“ICT serves as a potent tool to amplify our voices and share knowledge.’’
She explained that the government would bring innovation in the area of animal farming, specifically cow rearing, under the programme.
“There is no hiding place for all violators of our girls and women.”
The minister added that board members were expected to regulate all matters relating to social work education.
She promised to empower the people with farming tools and introduce them to the plantation of hybrid rice with high yields.
“These machines form part of our plans towards sustainable empowerment of women to be self-reliant.”
