According to him, there were institutions saddled with the responsibility of ensuring compliance.
Mr Zulum stated that the donation was to complement efforts of the Niger State Government in tackling the disaster.
“Niger is a great example of how such collaboration can work to bring real prosperity to Nigeria,” he added.

He urged residents of the area to remain calm and cooperate with emergency responders.
