He said workers and patients had dark Christmas and New Year celebrations because of the disconnection.
The respondents said the absence of public toilets in places like markets, motor parks, and worship centres is a big threat to citizens’ well-being.
There has not been light at UCH since October 26, when the Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC) disconnected the hospital due to accumulated debts.
“It is important to let the public know that UCH resident doctors are at their duty posts without any working time conditions,” said ARD.

“The IBEDC should see UCH as a sacred place because we render services to save lives,” said the hospital’s CMAC.
Mr Aiyedatiwa said the late Olubadan was a silent achiever and peacefully lovely.
UCH, however, declined to reveal what ailment the Olubadan was suffering from that resulted in his death.
The monarch was survived by wives, children and grandchildren.
