The hospital said the memo was an internal document which was not implemented after a thorough review and had since been withdrawn.
Mr Adetunji was buried at his Popoyemoja Palace on Sunday evening according Islamic rites.

“Staff members might have been overwhelmed when the deceased came in and was probably advised to seek treatment elsewhere,” UCH spokesman said.
She attributed the accident to break failure and loss of control by the driver.
