She listed the local government as Rimin Gado, Tofa, Kabo, Madobi, Garun Malam, Bebeji, Rano, Dawakin Kudu, Warawa, Wudil, Sumaila, Ajingi, Kura, and Dala.
An INEC employee made this revelation while presenting 21 BVAS machines as evidence to the Kano State Governorship Election Tribunal.
Mr Habib, represented by the NEMA coordinator of the Kano Territorial Office, Nuradeen Abdullahi, said the items were meant to alleviate the suffering of the victims.
The flood also destroyed 1,405 farms in Bebeji, 260 in Rano and 5,775 others in Dawakin Kudu.
